Awwwwhh - how precious. I agree with the previous commenter: don't move it. I would buy the house because of the eggs/baby birds. Kelly does not like baby birds?!? So how's that? :-)
Trust people to know that a bird nest is not a permanent fixture. Shouldn't affect the house selling. With a little time, those eggs and the birds will be gone. Leave the nest :)

Some how, Kelly puts birds in the same class as snakes, lizards and mice. I dunno, it seemed to make sense in her mind when she was explaining it to me tonight - that's all that matters, right? __________________________

Increase the price of the house because of the eggs as a selling feature.;)
