96 Blue & Silver Tears . . .

This song pretty much sums up what it's like to be a Dallas Cowboy fan today . .

Still they are tied for most Super Bowls at five, and they have a bright future it looks like.

The Owens' crying thing did make me chuckle a little, but losing is tough.

Hey Russ,

The sad thing is that I can already see how I am withdrawing a bit from some teams because I can't handle the heartache.

I used to watch loads of regular season Maverick games but ever since they lost the Finals (with a 2-0 lead) 2 years ago and got ousted last year in the first round as the top seed, I've taken on a 'let's just wait until the post-season' attitude and hardly watched any games.

I don't think the same will happen with the Cowboys next season because football is my favorite sport and every game is a must-win . . . but it rips my heart out to pull for them all season long only to have them no-show the first round of the play-offs.

Ah, the sad tales of a true fan, right?
