Random Google Search Results #4

Although things have been busy over here, there's not much to comment on.

Thank goodness for random Google searches that somehow, someway draw people to Wade's Rantings!

1. "i hate christmas because of walgreen's" - It's a bit odd that you'd blame your holiday hostility on a drug store, but I'm sure you have your reasons . . . however psycho they may be!

I just hate their customer service.

2. "santa getting whipped" - Wow! You really do hate Christmas, don't you?!

(Hey Santa! Duck and Cover!)

3. "what's worse than flipping someone off?" - Flipping someone off with both hands while driving an 18-wheeler!

4. "bless your heart in Texan means" - Uh . . . bless your heart?

I'm not sure where the phrase 'bless your heart' is found in my blog, but I'm almost certain that my mom-n-law wrote it in one of her comments!

5. "how will I know if I get the stomach virus" - Isn't it kinda obvious?

6. "old man taking a sponge bath pictures" - That's just gross! How about some cute pictures of Tate's first sponge bath instead?

Props to EDMC and her cool new car as always!

Since your mother-in-law reads your blog, you always need to watch what you say. Perhaps this is one reason you seem such a nice guy.

Yours are so much funnier than mine! Maybe it's because your blog is just that much more interesting than mine... :-)

You always run into the most random people...and you always have the most random google searches! I would do a post about mine, but it's not quite as exciting.

That reminded me of my google searches again....

Best of (fresh imported from statcounter just for your entertainment):

- you tube deleted bathroom
(I wonder what that was!)
- fairy tales are tru
- gruesome german fairy tales
(combined: no good!)
- you've got to latch on to the affirmative

Sometimes I wonder what the universe is telling me with the messages google searchers are leaving at my tracker ;-)

I've always heard that "bless your heart" in Texan/Southern language is basically just our "sweet" way of saying politely "you're so stupid" :) it was a constant running joke with my college roommates at Harding. Think about it next time you hear someone say it to, or about, someone else and it's amazing how it's true :)

Hey Russ,

As far as mom-n-law's go, I really lucked out! Not only did she bring my wonderful wife into the world, but she's always there to take Tate for an afternoon if need be . . . oh! and she makes killer chicken teragon!

And no, I didn't just say that because she reads my blog. That being said, she is a constant source of entertainment for me and Brad (my bro-n-law) - all in good fun, Steph!

Hey EDMC,

Your blog is just as interesting! Where else would the world have learned about attacking ninja ducks if it weren't for you!

Hey Cas,

Google rocks, ey?

Hey Shannon,

What's not interesting about a blog with pictures of my favorite toddler & infant nieces?

Hey Helen,

"you've got to latch on to the affirmative"

Wow! What an overly-wordy way to say, 'Don't worry - Be happy!'

Hey Laura,

OK, your comments carry a double meaning for Kelly, Shannon and I as their mother says 'bless your heart' to us on almost a daily bases - me especially!

Now everytime she says that to me I'm going to think, "Does she really mean 'bless your heart' or does she think I'm just stupid?"

Thanks all for stopping by,

W

Wade, I promise you, I really mean, "Bless your heart", but reading your blog, I guess you have to guess what I really mean by that!
Your blog is most interesting son in law...and I enjoy reading remarks from your blog readers? (That's why Brad and Wade think I'm entertainment...not up on the current lingo).
Anyway, your the best, thank you for being a wonderful husband to my daughter, and an amazing father to my grandson.

Love You,
Mom in Law

I love to see what google searches bring people to my blog....there are some randome things people are typing in to Google!

My favorite search request so far has been "ducks dying with rings around their necks" (I had a duck issue back in the summer and blogged about it frequently). I do hope whoever searched for this was not attempting to harm ducks in anyway!

I must say "bless your heart" to the individual who felt the need to google pictures of a sponge bath...that person needs some serious blessing!

Hey L,

I know! Isn't it creepy that somebody is googling for pictures of old men getting a sponge bath?

They should be doubling their medication!

Hey J,

I know there always has to be some logical explanation for their word choice . . . but sometimes they seem a bit too random to be logical!

Thanks for stopping by,
