The Joy of Winter
As the mid-west is currently enjoying "Artic Blast 2006", this clip is a great reminder of why I prefer living in an area that has an annual snowfall of less than 3 inches.
LOL! Too funny! Living in a (usually) very snowy city I can so relate. The worst is when you are in the grocery store for an hour and you come out to that sight and of course the scraper is still inside the car. That's happened to me many times! That's when Mike's parents in San Antonio and mine in Mississippi start laughing at us. Of course we get payback in the summer while they are down there baking. :)
When I studied abroad, I had to deal with snow for about 3 months straight - which was a first for me.
At first I loved it but it quickly became a whipping. One day while walking home from the grocery story (I didn't have a car) I slipped on a patch of frozen snow and broke 2 jars of spaghetti sauce - I think I actually cussed in French! Ha!
