Now this is more like it!

I wouldn’t say I had a bad day today – but I definitely had a draining day.

I’m doing pretty good now that I’m sitting back in my recliner, watching football in HD, blogging on my laptop and eating a bowl of the greatest dessert man has ever concocted . . . Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream and Magic Shell Chocolate Fudge.

Seriously folks, if you’ve never had Blue Bell and Magic Shell then you would be best served by stopping whatever it is you are doing and rushing to the store to get yourself some!

Now this is more like it!

no teasing... there is no such thing as blue bell here :) no worries though... i ate my fair share when nathan and i were last home :) oh... and not to challenge perfection, but homemade vanilla or vanilla bean with honey over top is good too... different but good!

Did you watch the Maverick game last night? It was horrible. And the announcer kept talking about how they threw away the finals last year. Let's move on people-this a new season and so far they are not gelling well.

30 days until little Tate! Yikes! I mean what fun! (spoken like a true person who has not had a child)

Ice cream is my best friend right now. With this 3rd pregnancy I can't get enough of it. I wish I could eat more but I better be good! :)
Take care,
Keri

Hey Laura,

Ice cream with honey is absolute greatness!

I discovered it this year when I ordered a scoop of ice cream with my sopapilla at On the Border (Sorry for teasing!). You're right - it's great!

Hey Blessed,

The Mavericks!! Urgh!! It's pretty rough being a sports fan in D/FW. The Cowboys are 4-4. The Mavs are winless. The Stars are doing well but it's too early in the season for me to care.

I'm sure Avery will get things going soon, though!

Hey Keri,

I'm trying to be a supportive husband to Kelly by eating my share of ice cream. I'm not really sure how that supports her but that's how I justify eating ice cream.

Thanks all for stopping by,

Hey stranger, glad to see all is well with you and your expanding family! Congrats, can't wait to see pictures of Tate! Your UPS story was funny, we had 2 packages delivered back to us 2 years after the fact a few months back. :) Stay in touch.

Hey Shelle,

Great to hear from you! Tell Chris I said hello!

What's the deal with UPS? At first I thought mine was a rare experience - but that's not turning out to be the case!

Thanks for stopping by,

Hey Wade, it's good to find you after all this time! Based on a quick glance over your blog, it sounds like you guys are expecting really soon -- congratulations! They say it changes everything, and they're probably right.

Well I had to comment on this post, because I love nearly everything about living in New York... but the fact that we can't get Blue Bell ice cream up here is a SERIOUS drawback!

Hey Brandon,

Yeah, a lack of Blue Bell ice cream is a potential deal-breaker on re-lo that would take me outside of Blue Bell's marketing reach.

Some things you just can compromise on!
